Monitoring & Evaluation
The UDiManager Platform is a well-established one-stop-shop solution that supports the implementation, management, monitoring, and evaluation of research and innovation funding programmes. Developed and maintained by the Romanian funding organisation Executive Agency for Higher Education, Research, Development and Innovation Funding (UEFISCDI), the platform has been made available to support the implementation of the TRANSCAN programme, in particular as the online tool for its Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) activities.
Within TRANSCAN, the platform provides a structured framework for the collection, management, and analysis of project data, outputs, outcomes, and impact indicators generated by TRANSCAN-funded projects. It is accessible to project coordinators and participating funding organisations, supporting project monitoring, progress reporting, assessment of results, and programme-level evaluation activities.
As a key component of the TRANSCAN monitoring framework, the UDiManager Platform facilitates harmonised reporting across participating countries, supports the assessment of programme performance and impact, and contributes to evidence-based programme management, programme evaluation, and strategic decision-making.
